How many days will it take to deliver my order?
Due to on-going COVID-19 pandemic, courier services are operating in limited capacities. We anticipate delay in delivery. We will try from our side to ensure early and safe delivery.
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping outside Bangalore is via FedEx and within Bangalore is either by pickup or Dunzo.
Can I change or cancel my order at any point?
Yes, you can change your order within 24 hours for an item of the same price or above. Once an item is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
Can I customise my orders?
Yes, we can take an order or customize it for you, even if the product is sold out. Also, if there is anything that you would like to be made for you, we would be happy to take an order.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping isn’t available at the moment.
Do you charge extra for shipping?
Yes, shipping charges will be additional (payable post purchase) and will be according to actuals – dependent on size, weight and postal code. On purchase, we will contact you via WhatsApp or call to notify the shipping charges applicable.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, our prices are inclusive of GST.

Are the products food safe?
Yes, all our ceramic is food safe.
Are the products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, they are microwave and dishwasher safe as they are fired at high temperatures.
Are the colours used for the products edible?
Yes, we use top quality food grade ceramic colours.
Are your ceramics glazed and fired?
Yes, glazing and firing is done at a temperature of 1250° Celsius to make the product sturdy, due to which there might be a slight variation in the dual tone glazing/colour/finish. The colour of the glazing may not come out as expected on the product after the firing process.
Will there be variations in size or colour?
All Oriri ceramics are handcrafted and hand painted, hence no two products are completely identical in their measurement or colour. The differences are minimal to the eye without changing the essence of the design.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via our payment gateway on our website while placing your order. We accept UPI/bank transfers for customized orders.
Do you accept returns or provide refunds?
We don’t accept returns due to the fragile nature of handmade ceramics. Once sold, there are no refunds or returns.
